Michael De Shannon Corporation (MDSC) plans to form a private corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada by this summer 2018. The MDSC will have the small shareholders and these private stock shares will not trade to the general public like on the stock market exchange. However, the MDSC plans to become a public corporation and the MDSC will have many shares of stock and these public stock shares will freely trade on a stock exchange after a few movie projects will have released by some major film companies.

MDSC's Business Management Executives

The MDSC will have a chief executive officer (CEO) who will be the leader of the company. The CEO will make all the decisions for the company like the business operation, marketing, business development, finance, and so forth. The MDSC will have a chief financial officer (CFO) and he will responsible for the company's finances like financial planning, financial risks, and so forth. The CFO will be a partner and an advisor to the CEO. The MDSC will have a Chief Information Officer (CIO) who will be the manager of the IT systems such as computer hardware, software, data, networking, wireless technology as well as the IT staffs. The CIO will report to the CEO or CFO.

MDSC at the Startup Stage

The Terminator movie helped Arnold Schwarzenegger became one of the greatest superstars in the world. In the year 2009, James Cameron made an advanced technology science fiction movie called Avatar and according to Box Office Mojo (2018) stated that Avatar is the "highest-grossing" film over $2.7 billion U.S. dollars on the All Time Box Office (Box Office Mojo, 2018).

By comparison, MDSC’s Invincibility Dream movie will make even more money on the All Time Box Office worldwide grosses than Avatar because it will be one of the superlative most advanced technology 2K, 4K & 8K magical action science fiction and martial arts with the amazing and stunning special effects and visual effects movies in the world. It also has the summer and winter Olympics plus X-fighter motor-cross sport. It should have a greatest box office worldwide gross.
